Jack Lindsay has been my home personal trainer for me for several years. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis more than ten years ago, and as it has progressed, mobility and fatigue have been my biggest problems. I’m essentially home bound, so going to a facility like Neuro Fitness Foundation is a problem. Having him come to my home has been ideal.
Jack has led me in various exercises that have reduced the feeling of fatigue I often have, and given me more control of my legs and feet helping greatly with mobility. His constant encouragement has been very helpful as well.
